At Freemasons Hall you can use any Vendor.*
Every Food and Beverage Vendor who does business at Freemasons Hall must meet the following guidelines:
Insured
Each Vendor must carry standard commercial insurance and be able to provide a certificate of insurance.
Licensed
Each vendor must be licensed by the Allen County Board of Health and provide their certificate.
Catering Fee
Each Vendor (food and liquor only) must include our 15% catering fee on their bill at time of service.
Agreement
Each Vendor must sign our Event Facility and Catering Contract and keep their information and documents on file with Freemasons Hall.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
*We reserve the right to reject any vendor for failure to follow the terms of the Event Facility and Catering Contract at any time.
